The StrongHold clamping system:

A new line of hydraulic products for workholding challenges. 

StrongHold products are selected and designed based on their ability to work as part of a complete system, allowing customers to secure their hydraulic systems solutions from a single source.  Most workholding components have SAE ports, and are accompanied by a complete selection of fittings and adapters.

The StrongHold product line includes Swing / Pull clamps with holding capacities up to 4500 lbs; including a family of “live roller” swing clamps that offer increased service life in the toughest of applications.  The clamps come in a wide range of mounting, plumbing, and body style options, including threaded body, block body, cartridge and manifold mount.  Single acting and double acting versions are available.

The line offers Retracting Clamps, Edge Clamps, Thru Hole Hydraulic Rams and Collet Chucks.  Other products include two designs of work supports; block style (spring and air advance) and threaded body style; (fluid, spring, and air advance) with features that enable faster, more accurate fixturing requiring no manual intervention.  And with StrongHold, power is not a problem.  DE-STA-CO offers two hydraulic pump types, electric and air powered, plus an air-power booster / pump combination and a manual pallet coupling pump.  A full line of valves (directional, pressure, flow) eliminates all threat of leakage, ideal for the constant pressure of hydraulic workholding systems.  The product offerings are rounded out with fluid, hoses, tubing, clamping sleeves and disks.
