U.S. An option of shipping through the U.S. Postal Service is
available at the same price.
Orders without shipping charges are
are charged at a flat
rate for the first
item depending on weight and size and will be indicated as
a shipping fee on your order confirmation form. This is one
of the lowest in the industry and is not pro rated based on the dollar
value of your order. We are attempting to hold the line and provide
low cost freight, in spite of today's high fuel costs. No additional
handling charges are required. Some larger and / or heavier items mat
be assessed a surcharge. This will be indicated on the product page.
Note: This flat rate
shipping charge policy apply only to items purchased online at
shopfnc.com. Items purchased on our other websites on via telephone
may have different freight policies.
Some large and / or heavy
items are shipped via truck freight and are
assessed a surcharge depending on weight or size. This will be indicated in the
total of your order at checkout. And trucking companies charge an
additional $65 for residential delivery. We suggest you have your
large / heavy items shipped to a business address.
For shipments to
other countries or outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, etc.), shipping charges will be calculated and added to
your order.
On items where flat rate shipping
is not offered, you are charged the exact price that UPS charges us - plus the
handling fee.
Note that this applies only to orders that can be shipped via UPS -
Items that are too large or too heavy for UPS will be shipped via common carrier
and the actual shipping charges added to your invoice.
We attempt to ship orders
the same day they are received. If that's not possible, you will be notified of
any delay. Typically, if it's not in our warehouse and is drop shipped from
the manufacturer (not uncommon these days), a few additional days may be
required. Please advise if you need an item instantly and we'll do whatever we
can to accommodate you.

If you need your
order quickly, other faster shipping methods are available: UPS 2nd day
and overnight and Federal Express. Please advise if you need these
faster and more expensive methods.
Ordering
from outside the continental United States ?
Orders from Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada and other countries will be shipped via best method
(usually Federal Express or UPS) and the shipping charge added to the
credit card charge.
